Today as I was updating my website I realized last month was my ten year anniversary of working for newspapers full-time. I remember arriving at my first internship in Freeport, Illinois and thinking "how the hell am I going to make interesting pictures five days a week." I was use to just shooting stories in college and not really dealing with day to day work. On top of that I was an extremely lazy photographer in college. I managed to do it, not always perfect or that interesting, and I'm still doing it day in and day out.
