A Spot of Light in the Dark

I just returned from a trip to Afghanistan, so I will be slowly posting images on my blog from the trip.

The first slideshow of images is from a trip from Bagram Airfield to Camp Morehead. I was sitting in the back of a Toyota 4-Runner and noticed a rip in the dark tinted windows. So I started shooting images through the tear in the tint. Below are the results.

A Good Ford Truck Ad

I thought this would make a good Ford truck ad, because how the Afghan Army beats the shit out of their trucks. Actually Toyota should make truck commercial here since most Afghans that drive trucks drive Toyota Hiluxs. Those trucks are beat to death and they just keep going. It is crazy to see an Afghan drive a Hilux down a Wadi, a dry river bed.
