Bitburg, Germany Murals
On my way to Afghanistan, I got stuck in Bitburg, Germany for a couple of days. At the hotel we were staying at, which use to be a US Air Force Base, there were different murals of Americans on each of the buildings. My favorite was Janes Mansfield, because her portrait was across from a playground.

A Spot of Light in the Dark
I just returned from a trip to Afghanistan, so I will be slowly posting images on my blog from the trip.
The first slideshow of images is from a trip from Bagram Airfield to Camp Morehead. I was sitting in the back of a Toyota 4-Runner and noticed a rip in the dark tinted windows. So I started shooting images through the tear in the tint. Below are the results.

I'm in Afghanistan
I have been here for about a week now. I was hoping to post some pics from here but I have been too busy and the internet connections have been sucking lately. So I will post some pics when I get back home.
Later.
